Privacy Policy

Jonah Portable Toilets Rental collects only what is needed to quote and deliver your rental: ZIP code, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, head count and phone number. We do not sell your information, share it with marketers or send marketing texts.

What we collect

When you use the quote form we collect your delivery ZIP code, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size, mobile phone number and the page you sent it from. When you call or text, we keep your number, delivery address and order details. Payments are processed by our card processor; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

Only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to contact you about that rental, including storm notices. We do not sell or rent your information and do not send marketing texts.

Form processing

Quote form submissions are delivered to us by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes the message to forward it by email. Web3Forms' own privacy policy applies to that processing.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the contact page embeds a Google Map, which may set Google cookies under Google's privacy policy. If we add analytics, this page will be updated.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for up to 7 years for tax and accounting. Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months.
